Talking It's out of the shop

We got our UFO out of the shop on Saturday and couldn't be more happy. Franks' RV Repair in Clayton NC is a good place to go if you live in the area.

They did all of our requested repairs and it was very cost effective.

They replaced all 4 cables for right around $900.00 parts and labor.

He also used to be a factory warranty repair shop.

We have some small repairs we need to have done but it will wait until we have put her away for the winter.

Pinn, California Greg is on the money. The Carolina weather will not get better than it is right now!

Pinn, it's great that the work was done so close to home. Since dear husband and I make a lot of trips up that way to see our son and his family, we will keep Frank's in mind if we need any work done on our Hi-Lo. We're glad that you are satisfied with his work. What other work are you thinking of having him do once camping season is over?

Fixing the freezer door in the fridge. While cleaning it one time I got a little too enthusiastic and broke it. I know I could fix it myself. I am just not up to the challenge.

Default Freezer door repair.

Was it the pins that hold the door in place that broke?

I grabbed the freezer door and I think it was the springs and the clips that hold them in broke.

Default Replacing freezer door pins.

You will have to have your ref. model #. Then you can get on the website for PPL motorhomes in Texas. Order the right hand and left hand spring ahead of time. Then the dealer can put it on for you.
