That's strange because they usually answer and reply back quickly.

I didn't have very good luck either. Finally got a reply to my email. Then I ordered some parts, sent them the CC info and then never heard another peep.n

One bearing had to be replaced and now we have peace of mind with new parts and grease. What else is your income tax refund for? Classic they have. I also saw a 23ftH on the lot. They post on Craigs list The HiLos they have for sale. I just didn't want anyone to get frustrated because you can't get parts. J & R are a small,peoplewise operation. When others close their doors,they are still open. right now they get swamped with customers trying to get their campers ready for spring,don't give up on them,be persistent with the severity of your problem and you will be glad that you waited

Jim and Rob "are" the business, so anything that gets done is done by them. They are very busy boys.

Rob from J&R Repair responded to you. He said to check your email or call him. Didn't know if you saw this response or not. Rob & Jim are super guys. I have dealt with them on many occasions with no problems what so ever. Even made a trip there to get parts etc.
