It's in good condition with what looks like minor wear/age related issues.

I did notice some softness under the two side bay windows, but it doesn't seem to be widespread.

On the advice of Sam I plan to take out all of the windows and apply butyl tape, When that happens I should get a better idea of the damage under those windows.

In the mean time, we're taking her out to see the eclipse in Indiana.

Interestingly enough....my truck is also a 2006 model.

Safe Travels

You are correct that when you remove your windows you will be able to see the condition of your wall layers. Have some elmers wood glue on hand and some wood clamps. Enjoy your maiden voyage.

Nice Tundra!

I've got a 1st gen Sequoia and towed a 24T back from FL with no trailer brake controller. I've since installed that and look fwd to our maiden voyage soon. Not sure where to start. Thanks for sharing!

Matt and Janelle (I think) - welcome to our family!

My advice to you is to start "short" (distance) on your first camping adventure. And try to camp somewhere semi-close to civilization. You will discover, on your first trip, that there are things you SHOULD have brought with you and problems you didn't expect. Following my advice will help you rectify both situations.

This is true advice. Our first trip was from Jacksonville, FL to Carbondale, IL for the eclipse. It was a long trip for 4 days, but it was near civilization and yep, we noticed the things we should have brought.
