Need long bolts for roof air conditioner?(99 29C) Am missing two and its leaking

Yes, I am in Hawaii. Where I am at it tends to rain alot. I know, poor me. Well let us get to the point shall we?
Long story short. I had a transport driver shipping this unit to me from mainland, go rogue on me, and remove two of the long bolts that tie down the A/C to the roof. And yes, it leaks.
And being in the islands....not easy for me to get to places on mainland that have the bolts or even ship them easily. We are trying to get original old stock bolts. Even if reclaimed. Will pay full shipping and how about $10 a piece if they came from a Hi LO? Shipping will be $30 at least.(Again I'll cover that part) But I'm looking for Hi Lo A/C Bolts Specifically. David, I'd think if you could determine the length (just measure the ones you have) and the diameter, thread and pitch (which can be determined if you take one of your bolts to HD or Lowes), you could Google for the same sized bolts online and order directly that way. I'm sure it would be faster and cheaper to get them that way.

I quite sure the bolts are not Hi-Lo specific but were supplied with the A/C installation kit. They should not be hard to match. I'm not sure what type heads they had.

It’s been a couple years since I had the a/c off the roof so I don’t remember the details - but - could you make a threaded rod work? Try two nuts at one end, tightened down against each other and with lock tite. This might serve as the missing head on the rod. Maybe that could solve your problem?

I think the threaded rod idea is a great solution! I'd try applying JB Weld to the top threads before putting the top nut on (that's going to act as a bolt head). Then, screw that nut a little ways beyond the end of the rod and apply more JB Weld to the top of the nut and the exposed rod.
