Just a Guess

Looking at the picture, I would guess they are to be used in a public shower so that you don't have to wear flip flops or stand on a questionable shower floor.

Welcome to the wonderful RV world, I hope that you have many enjoyable days with your new to you camper.

The slats seem to be too far apart for a shower floor.

Thats a good guess. They look like what I have supporting the mattress on a platform type bed I have which doesn't have a platform. Bed slats held together by straps. However, what they are used for in your situation i dont know. They look, handy, though. :) You got a good deal. Most of us didn't get those when we purchased our trailers.

maybe so, seems they would be really bundle-some and heavy to pack.. but maybe so.. I have no clue.. I was thinking something to do with sun blocking in some way.. but have no idea.. hoping someone on here will say.. "Oh I have those, they are for........" lol.. Thanks for your input!:)

all good guesses.. but still thinking the right answer hasn't been found.. just doesn't look right for slats.. and the guy we got the trailer from is not answering text, msg or phone calls.. not sure why.. And there are 3 sets of them.. one still in pkg.. but no label on it..
At least now I'm getting guesses, before no one would even guess! Thanks!

Maybe the guy was cleaning his garage and decided to throw some of the stuff in there in the trailer he was selling. Thus- no response to your messages. :)

Actually- they could be bed slats he bought to carry along and lay down for traction if he found himself in a situation of soft sand or some such thing and he felt they would be handy for for getting himself going- but i have no idea. Just thinking what I might use them for.

This reminds me of the mystery objects that are on "This Old House" programs on PBS.

LOL, now I'm really wondering.. I just knew some of you would know what they were.. I assumed they were something to do with the camper, Since they came with it.. the 3 are exactly alike... Someone has to know...

What is this?

I'm pretty sure if you drove over the slats the weight of the vehicle would break the wood. Just a couple of guesses. Put them on the ground at the bottom of your steps when it is muddy. Stack them together and you could use it to keep fire wood off the ground.

I would just use them as firewood! :D
