Default Parts Diagram Revisited

I had a real nice conversation with a gentleman from J & R yesterday. When I asked about parts diagrams he kind of chuckled and said that Hi-Lo wasn't real big on diagrams. He told me that all the trailers were basically the same as far as width and trim, just some were longer than others. The type of interior was by which model it was. He got a laugh out of my comment about the thingamajig and the whatchamacallit. He said if we could describe what it looked like and where it was they could probably figure it out.
