Default Question (?) about 5th whl. hitch

I do not own a Hi-Lo.........yet................. But, has anyone mounted a Hi-Lo on a goose neck trailer and 5th wheel style hitch?

I'm wondering as I like to fish and towing a camp trailer pretty well limits you to a boat small enough to carry on top of the trailer.

So;
1. Opinions/thoughts?
2. pictures?
3. Does anyone know of any state laws regarding towing one in this manner? I believe in MI. there is a maximum length law regarding this of 52'.

A number of years ago I saw a Hi-Lo that had been mounted on a goose neck type trailer. It looked like they removed the wheels, cut off part of the hitch, and welded the Hi-Lo frame to the trailer chassis. The goose neck trailer was a few feet longer than the Hi-Lo and it had rails for carrying motorcycles in the back.

I suppose that you could do a similar thing to carry a boat.

I have seen new trailers being delivered to dealers on that type trailer.

Just for fun, I did a search and found this old classified ad of a factory-built 5th wheel Hi Lo. I'm assuming not too many were built:
