Removing original 18 year old frig; putting in Danfoss?

I would like to have someone pull out my 18
year-old refrigerator and replace with a NEW Truckfridge Danfoss compression one. Is this a big project and is there any reason for me not to do this. I would have to cap off propane connection and all the other "stuff" connected to it. Has anyone done this?
