shower\tub stopper

How do u get the stopper up or out so the water can go down? Used it for the first time last night and the water didn't go anywhere. This morning it was almost gone.thanks for all your help

Hi Janice,

On mine you simply lift up on the little knob on top.

It's the same with mine, Janice. Perhaps yours has been replaced with a smooth topped one. I bet you could pry it up with a small screwdriver and then find a suitable replacement with a knob.

Thank you I pulled it up with a pair of pliers . a shower tonight!
