Ven number?
 

Hello everyone. I just bought a older HI LO camping trailer. I am very green it seems. It is a 1979 model #217 its about 23' overall. This is my first ever trailer. It was registered in Ohio the title is from Ohio. I am trying to register it in California. The Auto club could not find the Ven number to match the title on the toung. Does anyone out there no where the ven # and the safty sticker can be found. If you do please tell me. Thank you Eddie

The Vin # on newer models is on a decal on one of the front corners of the top. What safety sticker are you referring to? Call these people they are the original repair place for HI-LO trailers. J & R Repair. https://www.jrrepair.embarqspace.com/

On my 2693rd there is another identification decal on the cover plate on the 12 volt fuse panel in the wardrobe.

You may even find it stamped into the frame in the tongue area. There may have not been a safety sticker in 1979, I think that is something that has arrived since then. ???
