Default What model do I have?

Hello everyone. New member here. I am have just purchased a 1965 Hi-Lo that is 17' long (as listed on the title by dmv). It is a single axle. Dinette at front of trailer, goucho on curb side. Serial number is 5907. There is no indication on the trailer anywhere as to what model it is. The tongue plate does say it is a Snyder Hi-Lo, and that's it. I got it for $700. Any ideas on a model? Looking forward to a big education reading up on all the posts.

Steve

In the reference section, there is a manual for the 1969 Snyder Hi-Lo.

http://www.hilotrailerforum.com/f49/...on-voyage-836/

If you look on the last page, you will see the 3 models of Hi-Lo's that were manufactured in 1969.

mststeve,

You can also run a search for "Snyder" and see the pictures and comments that people posts of their older Snyder trailers.

Hey Steve, Got any pics? You might look REAL carefully at the paint on the outside-not straight on- but look down the side and you might be able to see a model on the top half. I had my '84 Funmaker several years before I noticed something on the curb side of mine(very faint) one day and WaLa- there it was. Funmaker. I don't know if they even made that model back then, but mine is a 17' too, so it might be... anyway please send pics and we'll try to identify it. Besides, I like to see one that old anyway. Love those oldies!

Default found it!

Well, found out it is a Bon Voyage. It had some stuff laying against it when I looked at it covering the decal. The decal is rough though. Can anyone send me a picture of a good one so I can have it reproduced? stevencolburn@gmail.com
Now as soon as this guy gets his engine back together (truck blocking the gate) I can go pick it up. I will post pics then.
Thanks!

Welcome to the forum, Mike and April. Hi-Lo's are measured from rear bumper to tip of tongue. I'm just guessin' that you have a 21 footer, hence the model # you have listed. I'm not sure that 0 on the end belongs there.

The model is 2184, that stands for a 21 foot 1984 trailer. Pretty simple. Don't know about the "0" or "O".

Default 84 funchaser

i believe it should be a "D" because the dinette is in the front . L would be a lounge or L shaped couch in font would it not? im getting alot of helpful info from here and i realy do appriciate it. 21 FT 84 so it should be a 2184D then correct?

I would say the 2184D is correct.
