Why are there so few 19Ts on the market?

Hello and welcome. As I recall, they were only offered in later years. Maybe 2007 and later?

I have to agree with that, and I don't believe they were that popular. The 15T models are pretty scarce. I think the 17T models were the most popular of the smaller trailers. The last models of that size were the 1810H and 1811H which were the same length but Hi-Lo decided to round up the length to the next higher foot.
