I realize that this is not a Hi Lo Forum issue but I have a need and request. I feel I can make this request because this Hi Lo Forum is part of my extended family. In January my wife was diagnosed with a tumor in her duodenum. The tumor was determined to be adenocarcinoma cancer and was partially blocking her small intestines. It is a very rear location for cancer to form. We had three rounds of Chemo when the tumor grew and blocked her intestines causing nothing to pass through. We had a by-pass surgery and have been in the hospital for three weeks. She is not doing well and we need your prayers. The cancer is apparently a very fast growing and not responding to the chemo treatments. While we wait for the recovery the cancer continues. Appreciate prayers for her. Thanks

I'm so sorry to hear that, cancer is such an ugly beast. I will be sure to keep you both in my thoughts and prayers. You keep yourself in good shape because she needs your support.

My HiLo dealer friend has been battling throat cancer for about the last year and a half and I feel so bad for him. He suffered through having his best trailer mechanic die in a car accident, HiLo company shutting down, then Coleman folding trailers closing shop. That left him with nothing. For a small dealership to pick up a line of new trailers it's almost financially impossible. Then cancer came along. Nothing like getting beat up.

I just got out of the hospital for the third time this year. That is why the late reply. Our prayers and thoughts are with you. I've had cancer four times and am in remission. Spend as much time with your wife as you can and tell her often how much you love her.
