2003 Lariat f350 with the 7.3

I'm envious, my dedicated TV is the stripper F250 XL and I miss not having electric windows.

My toyota was my work/service vehicle since 1999.
I've only had 1 vehicle with power windows, ac, before 2003. My 1970 bmw.
So I am due a little luxury.

We are excited about the new vehicle since we are leaving on another long trip to FL in Feb.

We took a 600 mile trip over the week end, with out towing, and averaged a little over 20 MPG. My son has some tweaks he wants to do and thinks 25 is possible. The van ran like a clock. I am really impressed.

Default working on the van

I did some TLC on the van this week. The trim panels were loose in the rear and only one door would unlock with a key.
I removed the trim panels and repaired the clips that were not on properly, possibly from the last repairs in the area. I had to add a couple screws where the trim panels had been broken by the plastic clip holder section, probably from a "get a bigger hammer" repair guy.
The door locks were corroded from lack of use and I just couldn't free them so I got a new lock set from Amazon (including the ignition lock) and replaced all the locks.
I also installed 3 seat belts that will work with the slide in unit I made.

So All is well....
