How do u Adjust the electric brake?

I have 2 settings on the electric brake in my truck. One is the gain the other is a 1-10 scale. What do these mean?

Best bet is to google the brand and see if there is a manual you can download. It usually gives you a nominal setting then you adjust as necessary. I am assuming you are talking about the brake controller, right?

Yes - DO find a manual and follow the instructions carefully. Guesswork is not a good plan when adjusting electric brake controllers.
