We're proud parents indeed! Ralph & Charleen just told us that there is a Hi-Lo Rally every year too. We haven't got the details on it yet but we'd love to go and meet a bunch of proud parents and see their Hi-Lo's.

Hi. we are Tom and Judy. Bought a 22' HiLo this past November and love it. Do have a question though, as we do not have an owner's manual. The awning does not retract very well. As a matter fo fact, yesterday we tried it here at home and had to stand on a step ladder to get it fully retracted. Secondly, our Dometic refrigerater does not operate on gas. H-E-L-P please

When you have trouble rolling the awning back up, sounds like one of the springs is more than likely broken. Spring replacement is a job for the proficianals I suggest you call you local dealer. The springs are about $60.00 each. There is a spring on each end, more than likely only one is bad. It should take a dealer about 30 min to replace 1 spring.

The reason a dealer should do the job is, the springs are wound very tight and if the tention is release wrong it could tare a finger off. I have personly seen a repairman who was not paying attention loose a finger due to a awning comming unwound out of control.

The refg not lighting on gas, could be several things the most likely, is a bad printed circket board. I sugest you have the dealer ck this also, because the PC board's are very expensive, and with out the proper equipment to diagnose the problem you can wast more than the cost of the repair. Most dealers will not take elec. parts back after they have been installed by some one just doing trile and error.

As far as the frig, I had that problem and it was because a little part behind the frig, when you access it from outside, was dirty and it would not ignite. I found it on the bottom right, it looks kind of like the points on a car, I just ran a fingernail file threw it and everything worked fine.
