2010 23' Hi-Lo.

We also have 2310H, we bought it new in 2009. The only problem we have had was the gas regulator, which was not a HiLo problem, was not allowing enough pressure which in turn made the flame too low in the refrigerator and it couldn't keep temperature low enough. The 2310H is our second HiLo, we had a 1705T prior to that.

I forgot, there was a problem with the gas bottle cover rubbing on the front window making a slight scratch. HiLo replaced the window and changed the cover to the molded fiberglass type. The plastic cover, which you probably have, was the new design and flares out on the top making it closer to the window than what the old design did. I don't think they saw that coming when redesigning the front cap.
