Looks like a very nice unit. Baby your roof and recoat it with the appropriate roof primmer and topcoat.

I am I got it all sealed but have one pesky leak coming from the overhead light gonna track it down. Then put it up forsale the layout is not what we want.

Leaks in the breeze.

I know quite a bit about leaks as we had to do major renovation in our 1990HiLo. Water can travel long distances and do quite a bit of dammage before you discover them. Check your Ac unit to make sure the roof bolts are tight. Take a picture to show us which light the water is coming out of.

It is coming out of the light right inside the door to the front of the a/c unit.
