need to find some repair shop in south. calif. that will adjust my cables on my hilo. it is about 2 inches lower in the front. I get a lot of hot or cold air coming in. I live in the san Fernando valley. does someone know someone

Don't know of any shops there, but you can easily do it yourself. I've adjusted mine twice, and I'm almost 75, so it can't be hard. All you need is an adjustable wrench.

There was a dealer at one time in El Cajon and one in LA. I wonder if they are still around and able to service it.

Jack is correct, it isn't very difficult to adjust the cables yourself.
