We've had the solenoid off and it tested good. It has a brand new battery. We had our mechanic neighbor come look at it. He tested different areas and has verified our conclusion that the motor is dead.

Any tops on getting the motor unhooked and out of that compartment? Also where to get a motor?

I've never removed mine, but I think you should be able to figure it out if you just open the access and look at it. My understanding is that it is an automobile engine starter motor, so once it's out, you can see the type and probably get a new one at an automobile parts store.

We searched all over Wichita KS today..... No Motors found. On the way home, I ordered one on Amazon.
