Default Hydraulic fluid change

Anyone know how to change the fluid in my HI LO lift pump. Went under water when caught in a flood and fluid is frothy now. Thanks

Go under the trailer and remove the hydraulic line from the cylinder. Put a large coffee can under the line to collect the fluid. Press the raise button and purge out the fluid(it comes out fast). Leave to drain the last remaining fluid. Refill the pump with a small amount of trans fluid and re-drain. Fill the pump to the correct level.

You will have removed the bad plus purged the last possible amount of water contaminant.

Do NOT run pump long when empty/dry, 2-5 seconds.

That is how I did it anyway. No issues!
