I don't think there is, but we could always start one.
We live outside the Kansas City Metro, so we are on the opposite end of the state.
I just bought a 1994 2694RD that had been a garage queen for 18 years of its life, and still looks really nice. It didn't come with an owner's manual, so have been playing a game of fill-in-the-blanks here on the forum, and with the 32 video tutorials on youtube.
I'd love to get any other Hi-lo owners in Missouri to chime in, here.
