Default Top pulley on lower half pulling down.

I acquired a 1994 22 foot funchaser in 2016. It lifted pretty evenly at that time. This year I noticed that the back left corner looking from the hitch was noticeably lower when lifted. I found some bulging in the lower wall by the table. I removed the cover strip and found that the metal tubing had been pulled down slightly. Look down at the pulley I can see it is lower and bowed out a little. I am planning a major upper wall, ceiling, and roof (galvanic reaction going on) restoration this winter. I have two more trips planned this fall and hope the pulley holds that long. Has anyone experienced this problem with the pulley? I have pictures but don't know how to post them.
