Bill, I would guess that window is a pretty standard size that you could find at a trailer supply place or online like at etrailer. Just get all your measurements before you go looking.

I like anchorwood's suggestion, but I also think, if your window is like mine, that you could simply go to a glass cutting shop and have one cut for you. I've had several pieces of glass cut, for table tops and so on, and it is really not expensive at all.

Glass shops that do automotive work can generally make flat glass panels in both automotive laminated glass (same basic material as used in car and truck windshields) and tempered glass if you want the safety of glass that won't shatter into sharp shards.
Not as cheap as basic residential glass, but shouldn't be too bad for a single piece like your door window. For reference purposes, a local shop that does a lot of custom automotive work quoted me a price of $900 to cut eleven windows (all glass except the windshield) for a Chevy Nova station wagon in gray tint laminated safety glass.
