Today, I replaced the front vent on my 24' 2004 HiLo with a Fantastic fan 6000RBTA. The old vent has a crack in the interior flashing, which generally disappears when it is in place. The old one has the metal housing, no fan, manual opening, translucent white lid, with screen, for a 14" x 14" rough opening. It appears to be the stock HI-LO vent as used on the stock rubber roof for a year or two (which, with a little straitening of the metal, will be as right as rain, but old.)

It comes with the caulk that the prior owner lovingly and copiously applied.
