Default 0222TD water leak

There is a large bolt under the trailer looks like it is positioned under the bath tub. I have water leaking from around the bolt. There is no water in my tanks. Where is this water coming from and how do I fix it? Is there water under my bath tub leaking out? I did over fill my water tanks weeks ago. TIA

I don't have a tub, so I can only ask questions.
  1. Did you have water in the tub recently?
  2. You say the tanks are empty, is there water in the lines?
  3. What is the bolt attached to?
  4. Can you remove the bolt to see if it has punctured anythiing?
  5. Is there any way you can see what's under the tub? In my trailer, I can take wood paneling off the front of the bathroom to see what's under the floor of the bathroom.

This looks like part of a valve that has popped out. I'm "guessing" it is the handle that one would turn to change valve position. I suspect there's a line that goes down and through the floor right there and the valve is the control for that. You could probably just unscrew the line from either side of the broken valve and replace it.

Also in the garage, some stuff to pull it:
1999 3/4 ton 'Burb
1993 Roadmaster wagon (well, it probably won't pull it)
