Default Grey Water Tank leak or overflow?

I think I have a leak in my grey water tank somewhere near the top.....as it seems to leak some when near full. Although, I did have a thought that it may have an overflow if it get's full? Does anyone know it it does have an overflow? Thanks for the help. If it matters I have a 1999 21" funlite.

Never saw one with an overflow, neither of mine have one but if you overfill the grey tank it will fill the bath tube. One of the tank sensors may be leaking of a cracked pipe.

Thanks....didn't really think it had an overflow. So tomorrow I will check it closer for a leak......Or better yet wait until after the holiday.

Mine leaked when I bought it. I only had to tighten the clamp from the pipe to the tank. I think it was a clamp? Anyway, it was easy, so start there.

Don,

Every time that we overfilled our grey tank in our 97 Towlite it flowed over onto the ground. It did not back up into the shower pan. We didn't have sensors, so we considered that our "sensor".

I was all over that trailer, taking it apart and putting it back together. I never found a crack or loose fitting.

We haven't done it on the 2209, tank is bigger and it has sensors and we keep an eye on it but the 95 overflowed into the shower, we were not using the shower and had stuff setting in there and what a mess. Everything went into a large plastic container after that just in case it happened again.

on second thought, your problem is probably the gasket that holds the drain pipe onto the top of the grey water tank - it may have dislodged off the flange of the tank.

My 97 had the same problem, but i never dropped the tank to fix the problem.

Thanks...I plan on filling it with water this week and see if I can actually see
where it is coming from.
