valves in floor?
There's 2 valves (hooked to the waterlines) that terminate into the floor, under the hotwater tank. Not a normal looking valve. Are those drain valves for the water lines?

Those may be what they are. Ours are located under the sink. Look under the trailer and you may see the pipes sticking out.

I'm not very computer literate. My 23yr. old daughter that is challenged with Autism has to do some computer things for me. I didn't grow up with computers like she did. What we did we do before computers? Our furnice humidifier won't turn on. I got on the computer and looked at the parts list. They even listed what part was bad. Found out the part is under a five yr. warranty. We've owned it for a little shy of three yrs. Our heating,AC guy is going to come and take care of the problem free of charge. He recently tuned up the furnice and I was standing there when he checked out the humidifier. That is why the service call is free.
