Default 2007 HiLo Towlite 24T

Just returned from a fabulous 4 day stay at Soldier Creel Reservoir, part of Strawberry Reservoir Utah. Stayed in a wonderful campground near the marina.
Only issue we had with the HiLo was the activation of the side out gearbox motor operating in the "UP" position. The lifting strap had come loose. I removed the decorative front panel to access the gearbox motor and re inserted the strap into the cylinder. The gearbox motor runs in the "DOWN" position but not in the "UP" position. Was working just fine a week earlier.
Could it be the switch or the motor?
I lifted the side out manually, and carried on enjoying the 4 day weekend.
We have only been home for a few hours and have not had time to look into it any further, dark now.
Thanks for reading. Looking forward to a possible resolution. Other than that, we love our 24T
Everything else works just great.
