Removing Dual Batteries

I have two 12V batteries connected in parallel. What is the procedure to disconnect them? Do I just remove the negative first, similar to disconnecting a single car battery?

Thanks,

I don't have 2 batteries. But that is how I would do it!

Take a picture of the hookup before unhooking to make sure you hook back up correctly.

Thanks,

1- Disconnect the negative going to the TT.
2- Disconnect the positive going to the TT.
3- Disconnect the cables connecting the batteries to each other in any order.

Thanks, Raul-I'll give that a try. And I guess just put them back in the Spring in reverse order?

Photo?

Just started getting the trailer ready for the season and I was wondering if anyone had some photos of a dual battery arrangement they could post or e-mail me. I had taken several photos before taking them out last Fall but now can't find them. I'm not quite sure how the two batteries are connected together so some photos would be helpful.

Thanks!

UPDATE: Never mind, I was able to get them reconnected without blowing anything up! Took a bunch of new photos for next year if I decide to remove them again.
