Replacing Stolen Cords

Has anyone here replaced there electrical and air conditoner cords?
Ours were cut and stolen along with other damage.
The other campers with ours also had cords cut.
Need to try and find these as our insurance adjuster will need to know where to get them since Hi Lo is no longer in Business.
Thanks,
Becky

P.S. We are also gonna have to have a new door and lock as they pried and bowed the door and screen door.:(

Becky, you didn't say which electrical cord, the one connected to the converter or the one that connects to your vehicle. Looks like camping world has both kinds https://www.campingworld.com/category...rical-cords/56 I don't know what your AC cord looked like so I didn't look for that. The door could be a problem you may have to have someone build you a new door if the old one can't be fixed.

The electric cord that comes out of camper and plugs into campground electric. I found doors at Joel's but have to measure ours first.

Becky,I am so sorry to hear this happened to you. The good news is that you have ins.Everything that happened to your HiLo is fixable. Try JR for parts. Let us know how it all turns out. Recently, where my husband works they had a break into the garage. The crack heads stole about $800.00worth of scrap brass and other brass plumbing parts. The boss lost $1000.00 worth of his personal tools. This is a nonprofit agency that serves the elderly by providing income based apts. The good news is they had survalience cameras and the police were able to make arrests. The crack heads have been responsible for more burglaries. Monday his maintenance supervisor had to attend a hearing on the robbery. The bad news is we have to support these crack heads in jail for a few years. The price of scrap metal is up. I think the junk yards should be required to take pictures of what they accept and a drivers license. Anyway, best of luck in getting everything fixed.

Your cords are, other than the A/C cord, very generic. The main power cord is a 30amp and comes in about 25' lengths +/-. The A/C cord can probably be made up, it would be for 20amp capacity.

RichR is correct most of those cords can be made.
at one time I needed a long extension cord for my 220V welder, and I found everything I needed at Home Depot in the electrical section, and you can get any length you need.

IT IS A SAD DAY WHEN CAMPERS ARE TARGETED FOR 10 BUCKS WORTH OF COPPER!
Good advice above. Also, you may purchase a 30' 30 amp RV extension cord from Walmart for about 50 bucks, remove the female end and tie in to your converter. It will have the WATER-RESISTANT male 30 amp RV plug on the other end already. The A/C cords are readily avalable as mentioned earlier.....
Without naming names, I presume many of us would like to know where this happened.... Sorry for your troubles - GOD BLESS!

I read in one of the camping magazines that this happened some months ago at another campground. Seems the seasonal campers aren't around and this was done. Put a security system on your rv. I'm thinking about some type of camera where we park our RV. Haven't had any problems with anyone touching the Rv. The house next to our lot has three apts. The tenants seem to all smoke and throw their cigarette buts over our chain link fence onto our lot. I have asked them nicely(twice) not to do this. No improvement,I use a pick up stick and throw the butts back on their property. They don't call the police because the cops would tell them to stop littering. In the long run I think they all will die from lung cancer.

Thanks everyone for you suggestions. I emailet J & R to see what theyhave door wise. This happened at a private campgrounds in Ohio. Talked to ins. Adjuster and should be getting a checkfor damages soon.
