Default Fan won’t turn on, is this new capacitor right?

Hey everyone, so my Dometic penguin 13.5 btu ac unit (600315.321) works great but sometimes the fan motor won’t start, or it does starts and runs for 5-10 minutes before slowing down and stopping. I’ve read that the run capacitor could be the culprit. I already took off the shroud and can move the fan easily by hand. I found a part number for the run capacitor and picked it up but it is a 20uf + 5uf when the original capacitor is a 20 + 10. I plugged in the capacitor but the fan still wouldn’t start just like usual. I’ll attach a pic of each capacitor. Should I try replacing the start capacitor as well? OR....is the motor just bad.... lol.
