Microwave questions and recommendations

our 2208t hilo doesnt have a microwave and the wife wants one. looking in the hole where it goes i dont see power. Where do you plug it into. Can it be ran while on dc. Anybody have one they really like

my "micro hole" is open in the back/bottom and the outlet is on the floor. We use that "hole" to store a toaster oven, coffee maker and I use the outlet to charge my Ryobi batteries. Under that hole is a storage cabinet where I put my tool box, lubes, and tape etc. That's a 120v outlet not dc on mine. I thought the Hi Lo micros were also 120v

Microwave

This is what I did. Got an inexpensive one at Walmart. Store it for travel in a big plastic box. When we get to our destination it is unpacked and put on top the ref. Their is room on top the ref. for the plastic tote. We use the top of the box for recycle bag and pop can bags. If storage was an issue it would go in the back of our truck in the cap. Look at camping world for microwave brands and prices. We have had our for a number of years and it has held up very well.

The microwave was an option for 22ft hilo's
They mounted it in the oven space and just had a cook top
The trailers prewired for it ,the plug is under the sink
