Need a fridge part!
 

The AC/Gas/12v selector switch plastic knob on my Dometic RM2453 refrigerator just broke off in my 1999 22TL. Does anyone have one that I could buy, like from an old fridge that no longer works?
I have tried all the internet parts sources and the plastic knobs are all on back order. It seems like they are a common problem. My direct email is fredetl@ksu.edu if you have one. thanks.

I was able to get refrigerator parts from PPL motor Homes in Texas. If that doesn't work call my HiLo dealer and see if he has any used parts. Jay at Mantelli trailer sales. Tell him Mrs. Marino said to call him. Jay Simon is in parts. 716-625-8395. When the ref. went out in our 1990 HiLo Classic I should have saved some door parts. Isn't hind sight a wonderful thing? The freezer door hinges tend to break. Two refrigerators and the same thing broke. Hope this helps you.
