Default From Texas to Kansas

First night stayed at Lake Murray, Oklahoma. It is a wonderful lake with lots of places to camp all around it. Full or partial hook-ups, horses, or ATVs. We kayaked and had a wonderful time. Next stop was Kaw Lake northern OK- very low- unable to find a place to input kayaks, without going through mud, so headed to town Ponca City- cute little town park on small lake. Spent night there and headed to a past favorite in Topeka- Lake Shawnee. Had a wonderful time there, kayaking, visitin their arboretum, riding bikes- absolutely one of the nicest parks ever, ball parks, golf course, boat rentals, run by the county and really clean restrooms and laundrymat on premise. Then onto Salina Kansas- stayed at the KOA on I 70. Lots of Halloween decorations, the people were nice, place was well kept- our only problem was how close we were and compared to our other stays- it was pricey. Had a wonderful time on this trip.
