Default 1908T Space Problem Solved

We have a 1908T when the dining room table and couch are made into beds, there is only a 12" aisle left to get to the bathroom at night.

My wife suggested taking the back bolster off the couch and just use the couch seat as a bed. We have freed up another 15" or so in the aisle since we don't have to fold the couch out now. It has turned into a "day bed". To hide the part of the frame that sticks up and the back was bolted to, she will wrap them in foam and put some matching cloth around the foam.

We will store the couch back in our shed and put it back on when we sell or trade the camper. Incidently, the back bolts (4 of them) are accessable by unscrewing the metal frame from the 2X4 that supports it.

When we had our 1705T instead of pulling the seat out all the way and putting the seat back down we just pulled the seat out far enough to put the seat back down vertically behind the seat cushion. This allowed walking space between the seat and the dinette, thus allowing two single beds instead of a king size bed. Your seat back is attached, I see now, so i guess you cant do that.
