Default Anybody know what this is?

So, anyone know what these things are? There are 3 of them, all on the door side. Two above the door, and one closer to the front of the camper above where the jack-knife couch/bed is. They are metal, about 1 1/2" square, and are not tight against the wall. They might be decorative, but they just look odd...

We think they look like wall anchors to maybe hold up a valance.
