Default expand a room

Has anyone had problems with the expand a room? Do they leak, easy to deploy and return to travel position? What maintenance is required for them?

Thanks,

Paul

No issues with mine. I had a small air leak at the forward lower outside corner. There was a little plastic tab missing. I found a little piece of plastic and glued it on and it stopped the outside air from coming in. No water leaks. It is easy to operate. You use the motor and then manually push it over center, then continue with the motor. Do the opposite to stow. The only maintenance I have ever had to do is put a little coat of grease on the gears.

when we bought ours the motor did not work but not a problem because you can easy pull it in and out with the handles inside. when it was total refurbished he fixed whatever the problem was.

Thank you for the information. We are considering a 27T or 28C
