shout out to J & R Repair!

Just brought our trailer home from having service completed at J & R Repair in Butler, Ohio. Jim and Rob did a great job! We had several small jobs completed: removed the inside TV attachment apparratus, replaced the master-switch door that I broke off, leveled the unit (which also corrected the gap in the slide-out), lubed all cables, changed out a bulb in solar panel as well as a rear light, replaced plastic covers to exterior power cord etc., replaced knife handle and had the tires replaced. While they lubricated our slide-out they removed a mouse house! Also provided a general safety inspection.

We will plan on coating the roof with kool seal along with a few other small projects this summer. She felt great while towing and looks beautiful!

Recommended the Forum to a gentleman who pulled his trailer in as I was pulling out. Jim and Rob are completing major repairs on several out of state units. I know they could be of service to anyone/anywhere. Bob we spoke about your visit too!

My husband also picked up brochures from 2005 and 2006 Models.

J R repairs

Our HiLo dealer told us he only recommends them because of their vast experience. He doesn't recommend the other repair shop in the area. Glad to hear your HiLo is in better shape and ready for camping!!

Accolades to J&R Trailer Repair Butler, OH

We just got back to central FL with our 1999 Hi-Lo Classic and are over joyed with the quality of work by Jim and Rob at J&R. These guys are super as well as being honest dealing guys. We tried two other RV repair centers in FL and one was a waste of money and as we were able to see Monday, "not even a good patch job". We had the unit transported to Butler last November and let the guys work on it as they had time through the winter as it involved a complete rebuild of the top half and hydraulic system. It is beautiful again and we are eager to get in the outdoors with it.It is hard to find someone that practices good craftsmanship and is reasonably priced, both are found here. I encouraged them to consider contacting Hi-Lo clubs to set up "remote" repair clinics during the winter down south in FL or TX so that others could experience their quality of care and workmanship.
If you have any questions they are ready to help you enjoy your Hi-Lo to its fullest. Contact information:

I just wish they were closer to my neck of the woods.

JSSOUTH12 - I saw your HiLo at the shop and boy was it a mess. Jim and Rob performed their magic and made it good as new. You will get many years of enjoyment from it now. Happy camping!

Elaine & Bill - I thought I felt my ears burning the other day. Not only are Jim and Rob great at what they do, they are also fine people. We always enjoy our visits with them.

RCREYES - You need to plan a trip up north to God's country. It has to be cooler up here than Texas :-)

shout out to J & R Repair

The other guys aren't too great with customer service either. Here is the response I got from an Email inquiry I sent to them and J & R.

Just an FYI, I sent a message to both Hiloparts@gmail.com (they call themselves "the only authorized HiLo parts center") and J&R. J&R sent me a quick and helpful reply. Below is the reply I got from Hiloparts@gmail.com.
I'm pretty sure who I will be dealing with.

{Easier for who? No thanks, J&R is more than happy to help.

Guess I'll have to call J & R also - I sent an email to the hiloparts@gmail.com two weeks ago and I'm still waiting for an answer.
