Thanks. I’ve found a 2010 that had a leak in the exterior wall under the bedroom window. I repaired delamination on an motor home but knew what I was dealing with on the wall frames. I guess detaching the filon will be the same. Looking at the trailer on Sunday. Has two other problems that will have to be addressed but I need to get eyes on before I make a determination. Im going to buy the trailer but this gives me a bargaining price.

for resealing the windows, I find that quad max from Home Depot or Lowes works better than the putty tape they typically use....

Welcome to the forum. Use the buyers check list. Many of us have done extensive repairs/rebuilds. Keep us posted.

I’m going to have to pull the filon back to replace the plywood layer. Will use 1/8 marine plywood epoxied to the filon and foam. Done it before but it’s tricky and a pain. I’ll post pictures. If it was a wood frame I wouldn’t buy it.

Buyers checklist is a great idea and the sealer for the window.

Rather than make an assumption, I’m going to ask. I can tell from the brochure that the top frame is welded box tubing. Are there wood frames also?
