Heater Cabinet Grill
 

We were unhappy with the factory hardware cloth cold air return grill, so I decided to fabricate a new grill/louver to install under the dinette.

There are 3 pictures: one before, one of the grill before installation and the third picture is the finished product.

You actually fabricated the whole thing? That is great and it looks nice!

Les, you keep doing these mods and I'm gonna bring my trailer to you for repairs! Excellent job with this and the battery cover.

Your mod looks great Les. Do you think it might need some sort of screening on the back side of the grill to prevent "critters" from getting inside your rig? Just a thought......................

Good catch, Bob. Yes, I did install a screen on the back side of the grill to keep out critters.

Thanks everyone! I have to find something to do all the time, it's easy to go stir-crazy. Upgrading my hi-lo is an easy fix. My next repair is replacing the damaged skirting on the lower section of the trailer, upgrade the storage doors with stainless steel backing, and adding diamond plate on the front lower skirting area.
