1sportster, As a matter of fact, I had a gas leak on my WH tank in a pop-up. Found it 2 days before a planned trip. Plumber friend had just removed several tank-less WHs from some condos and helped me plumb one in the pop-up. Even the fittings were an easy install. A very short 10-3 wire from it to a MALE exterior outlet allowed me to run a separate extension cord to the 20 amp breaker at camp sites. Yes it worked perfect for over a year when I sold the unit. Hot water on demand! !
