My Hi-Lo won't go lo.
I have a 2003 T22. I can't get it to lower, and am stuck as to what it could be. The hydraulic pump does not even try to start, I was told there is a way to lower it manually. Any advice would be great.

Then there may be a deeper problem. I won't even raise off of the safety bar. I have made sure the master switch is the correct position.

Obviously it worked at some point. If you have the manual over ride you should Able to raise it enough to get it off the safety bar. Then do what Ruben said. If you have it there is a little lever mounted near the pump that looks like the lever on a hydraulic jack. Stick a small bar in there and try pumping it up an inch or so. You also may want to try attaching jumper cables in case your battery is low and try raising it with the switch agin to get if off the bar.

check the battery :) That was my problem, it would squeek a bit and sound like it was trying, but stuck on something. I couldn't get the safety bar to raise because I couldn't get it up all the way to release it. Hooked up the battery with jumper cables to the car, and it went right up to release the safety bar and then went down like normal. New battery and it's perfect.
