Default Seam Leak (?)

We’ve noticed the last few times we’ve moved our ‘88 hi-lo that the front right side by the water tank is leaking. Just from the screws on the bottom in the very front corner.

The kicker is we haven’t put any water in it yet and it hasn’t rained. The only water we’ve poired down the drain has been enough to wet and rinse our tooth brushed. The inside around the tank and converter is completely dry.
