We own a 2007 25ft. Classic and have lost one of the wheel chrome rings, would anyone know where to get a replacement?
Tks.

Gimbishop, I've never seen a "wheel chrome ring". I don't know what you're talking about.

The only thing that looks like chrome on my Hi-Lo's wheels is the hubcap over the center. It looks a bit like this: https://www.amazon.com/Trailer-Cente.../dp/B0076CDB9C but without any "Eagle Flight" design.

If that's the type thing you need, I know they are available at Camping World and several sources on the internet.

I don't think they were a factory item. However, I have seen them on HiLo's. Your best bet for replacement would be an auto parts store or on line. You just need to know your rim size - 14" or 15". Hope this helps.

Jack, back in the day we called them "beauty rings" on the cars. They were used quite a bit before the "chrome mag wheel" craze hit the auto mfgs.

gmbishop, I stand corrected. I just looked at a 2007 HiLo brochure and all the pics show the wheels having the "beauty rings". So they were a factory item. You could try contacting J&R or Midget here in Ohio for the ring.

Bob, I'm certainly old enough to know about "beauty rings", but I didn't think they were on Hi-Los. Thanks for educating me!

Don't worry Jack, I'm still learning also. Third grade was the worst 5 years of my life! In my case, it pays to be married to a retired school teacher! There is a 2007 brochure in the forum library that shows the rings.

Interesting, Bob. I have the actual 2007 brochure for the TowLite models, like mine. It's down in my garage, so I'll have to check it tomorrow. I'm pretty sure the rings must have been available only on the Classics.

I DON'T think the pictures in my brochure show them, and they weren't listed in the "options" either as I recall.

Maybe my rapidly fading memory is playing tricks on me! I'll definitely see if I can find it.

Well, my brain has certainly turned to mush! My 2007 brochure DOES show the beauty rings in ALL the pictures, and I had some of the Classic models in that brochure too, so I was wrong on two counts. However, they are NOT listed in the equipment section, as standard or optional, so I don't know how you would get them from the factory in that year.

Interestingly, the rings are NOT shown in the 2006 catalog, which I also have. So, it might have been a 50-year anniversary thing.

As far as I'm concerned, a memory embarrassment!

The "beauty rings" must have been just for the 50th in 2007. In 2008 HiLo came out with the 15" Alloy Wheels (mags). The Alloy Wheels were optional for the TowLites and standard on the Classics. It was the same in 2009. In 2010 HiLo made it optional for all Classic models.

Our 2310H came with them as standard equipment. The cast aluminum wheels were options and standard on Classics. You should be able to get those online, like Amazon. I just checked and they have a set of four for $36.99

I pulled my 2705 T out from the side yard and took a picture of my wheel rings, which on the original bill of sale are listed as "Designer Sport Wheels" as standard equipment.

I wonder if they could have been "standard equipment" from the dealership? Didn't see anything like that listed in the equipment section of either of my two catalogs.

Of course, none of this matters, since clearly some trailers were delivered with them.
