I'd think a glass shop could cut a pane of glass for you and possibly install it in the frame too. I'd take the window unit out of the trailer and take it to the glass shop for this procedure. Then reinstalling the window unit has been covered numerous times in the forum. It involves cleaning the frame and opening, using butyl tape and then sealing with Lexal afterwards.

Default Getting window glass.

I broke a window getting DH backed into our parking spot. Go on the inside of the window and remove the trim ring. Then on the outside gently pry the window away from the exterior siding. I was able to get a glass shop to make me a new piece of glass. They set it in the window frame. Have a helper. One on the inside and one at the window on the outside. You Tube has a video on how to remove a window. It is just as Jack has described. Install with new butyl tape and on the exterior apply Lexel caulk.

So, did you get a plexiglass window? I think that would be a good idea.
