Help tow weight for 1997 hilo
 

I'm looking at 1997 18' hilo and can't seem to find a tow weight. I have a Kia Sorento and tow limit is 2000lbs I just want to know if I can pull it!

Hi, Melissa - according to the HiLo brochures, the "empty" weight of the 1997 Towlite is 2266#, with a hitch weight of 300#. In our experience, our trailers are generally heavier than the listed brochure weights, so I would think you should not try to tow a HiLo with the Kia. You might be able to tow a pop-up tent camper with that car.
