Red face New to RV Towing

Hi. I'm new to this group and to RV living as well. I have a 40' 2005 Fleetwood Discovery Diesel Pusher and I plan on touring the entire nation. As I prepare I realize how much I have to learn. Presently trying to figure out what I need to do to safely and legally tow a 2001 Ford F-150. The truck weighs less than 6000 lbs and has a manual rear wheel drive transmission. I purchased a Roadmaster tow bar but I'm confused about the vehicle bar and how to operate the brakes and lights from my RV. Any comments, suggestions and or advice is appreciated. Thank you

Default New to RV Towing

This forum is for HiLo travel trailer owners. You will be better served by joining IRV2 forum. You will find a specific group for Fleetwood Motorhomes. Also your towed/dingy questions can be answered. Many safe and happy miles.
