Screen door slide?
 

I have a 1983, 17' HiLo and I need a screen slider H-8.5" X 12" Can anyone help me find one? A flat piece won't work.

Mine wore out. I used a piece of double sided laminate. It works better then the original cause it is a fiber type of board. Just the right thickness. I used to work for a cabinet company and had a little piece left. So I don't know where you can find one. But if you had a pieces of laminate. you can glue them together and might have the right thickness. Hope this helps.

Mine broke a couple years ago, I went to a local RV parts center and bought one. It appears that the majority of all models are the same size. Take your old one with you to match it with. Hope this helps.

I have a 94 HILO and used a flat plastic sheet cut to size. Is it that your latch is the part that doesn't clear with the flat plastic solution? If it clears with flat plastic, then all you need is stick-on grips to flick the slide open from the outside. On the inside, I just have a knob installed.
