That's a great idea!
How about Lambert's Cafe: Lambert's Cafe - The Only Home of Throwed Rolls - Sikeston, MO | Ozark, MO | Foley, AL |
I wasn't impressed with the Foley branch. That was about 2-3 years ago.
I prefer BBQ and the south has many choices there. Rib smackin good. |

great start
Now all we need is some people to start using their fingers an add some input so that this sight doesn't seem dead or just plain boring. good or bad, constructive critisisum is also good so we can refine our shortcomings and try to make this whole site better. sorry if I'm rambling on. bob

Great food, but whatever you do; don't skip the pie!
If you are fortunate enough to be motoring/camping near Marble Falls, TX, you will want to make every effort to make this stop. The breakfast is great, the lunch is great, the dinner is great BUT the PIES are to die for. Check their website and lay your eyes on the size of that pie. Homemade each and every day. YUM YUM

Mexican food
A few Mexican food places that we like in northern New Mexico and southern Colorado:
New Mexico Taos, NM: Orlando's....get there early. Not much seating space and it fills up quickly. Very authentic and spicey! Taos, NM: Guadalajara Grill: Two locations in Taos. Excellent food. You order at the counter, so nothing fancy, but the food is great. Santa Fe, NM: Los Potrillos (on Cerrillos Rd), in an old Pizza Hut, so nothing fancy, but great food. Santa Fe, NM: Maria's....one of the old authentic restaurants, on most everyone's list for Santa Fe. Colorado: Pagosa Springs, CO: Kip's Grill & Cantina....can't beat it! Alamosa, CO: Calvillo's Mexican Restaurant.....buffet or order off the menu. Pueblo, CO: Tres Margaritas, just off I-25 at Hwy 50. Consistently good food and excellent service. There are a couple of more Tres Margaritas in Colorado Springs, too. Maybe a couple more further north on I-25. Trinidad, CO: Tequila's Mexican Restaurant, just off I-25 on the south end of town. Must be associated with Tres Margaritas, menu and decor is very similar. |
I never met a burrito I didn't like! :D

If Greg is game then we're game! Bring the burritos on!
